What we process
Strategy Crate processes your email address, submitted subject and preheader, campaign HTML, approved offer details, destination URL, captured public destination text, corrections, check results and support requests to provide As Offered.
Do not include contact lists, credentials, customer payment information or personal data unrelated to the campaign repair. Visiting the approved public destination is necessary to compare the offer.
Providers and access
Hosting is provided by Vercel; campaign records are stored in a dedicated PostgreSQL database hosted through the existing Neon infrastructure. Payment is handled by Stripe. As Offered receives payment status and identifiers, not full card details.
When semantic recheck is enabled, campaign and offer text is sent directly to OpenAI. Your email address is excluded from that model input. Uploaded material is treated as source data, not operational instructions. Current checks do not send campaign material to an inbox-preview vendor.
Your private report URL is the access credential. Anyone who receives it can view the report. Uploaded campaigns are not published as examples. Browser previews block scripts, forms and external image loads.
Retention and deletion
Private report access expires 30 days after submission. Campaign HTML, source details and report content are removed by maintenance after expiration. Payment identifiers, event receipts and support records may be retained for accounting, refund handling and operational records. Request deletion through support or iamgeorgekelly@gmail.com; provide the private link so we can identify the record.
Service security and measurement
We use hashed private-link tokens and rate-limit identifiers to protect access and limit abuse. Routine infrastructure logs may include request metadata. The site does not add advertising pixels or send campaign contents to analytics. Referral placement and acquisition information, when provided, is recorded separately from campaign content to understand how customers reach the service.
